This corporation is owned and operated by Robert A. Siebel CCO,CFE,CHS, PI. Mr. Siebel has 25 years of experience in Corporate and Private Security matters.

Mr. Siebel is a graduate of West Virginia State College and served 6 years in the United States Naval Reserve (Communications) and 5 years in the Virginia State Guard (Platoon leader,Firearms Instructor,Special Operations Team) Mr. Siebel has taught at the Rappahannock Regional Criminal justice Academy in Fredericksburg, Va, The Crater Criminal Justice Academy in Petersburg, VA, the West Virginia State Police Academy in Institute, WV, and was assigned as Training Co-ordinator for the Security Department of Bell Atlantic/Verizon.

Our Business Origin

Defense Technologies has been in business since 1997. The Corporation was begun by  Investigator Robert Siebel of Verizon Corporate Security  ( now retired) and the late  Capt. Richard Haynes of the  Charleston Police Department.

 Mr. Siebel is also Adjunct Faculty in the Criminal Justice Department at West Virginia State University
